Senior Exhibition Designer

Responsibilities

1. Taking charge of a planning team of exhibition design, and carrying out the planning of various large-scale exhibition halls like science and technology exhibition hall, theme hall, and planning hall.
2. Taking charge of the cultivation of designing teams; training and managing staff systematically, such as team building, cultural transmission, improvement of specialization, personnel training, and personnel management.
3. Carrying out cooperation through managing and coordinating teams; organizing and coordinating the designing tasks among teams; setting up rational working methods and processes for higher efficiency.
4. Guiding and establishing the standard processes and related atlas of the designing projects; taking charge of the design, argumentation, and examination the feasibility of all kinds of designing schemes; putting forward professional opinions.
5. Guiding and setting up the requirements on the materials used in the designing project, and the requirements on construction; checking and affirming the material samples.
6. Determining the overall aim and periodical target of the designing scheme; dissecting the aims and targets for formulating the overall plan of designing and controlling; ensuring the smooth processing of the project.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; majoring in art or design
2. be adapt at applying modeling and rendering software like 3D MAX、Auto CAD、Photoshop、CorelDraw
3. Having been working 5 years or more in the field of exhibition design; having been independently taking charge of the large-scale exhibition design
4. being keen on exhibition design; being familiar with the new tendency of the industry; having excellent professional knowledge.
5. being good at communication; being good at judging customers’ requirement correctly; having a strong capacity of teamwork and an acute sense of service.
6. Possessing certain professional knowledge about materials, technologies, scene and application of multimedia technology.

2. Taking charge of project planning and implementation; coordinating the visual design or outsourcing units for the overall executing effect.
3. Carrying out communication among teams and promoting work progresses according to the final project proposal;
4. Delivering distinct proposals according to projects and requirements; communicating with customers for their maximum satisfaction;
5. Leading the planner or planning assistant to accomplish the project;
6. assisting the planning director to collect information, analyze the information, and proofread;
7. Implementing jobs assigned by superior leaders.
