Party-building culture is the Values, ideal and faith, and code of conduct cultivated in the course of the party construction, which is the soul and source of vitality of party construction. After the 18th session of the National People's Congress, President Xi proposed at the first plenary session that all the party members should “pay special attention to the party construction with greater determination and courage”, and that “our responsibility is, with all our comrades, to run and minister our Party strictly”.
